1.1. By booking an appointment with Kaixchin Tattoos, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 1.2. All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Valid identification is required.
2.1. Appointments can be made in person, via phone, or through our website. 2.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo. 2.3. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3.1. Consultations are recommended for all new clients and for large or complex designs. 3.2. During the consultation, the artist will discuss the design, placement, and pricing of the tattoo.
4.1. Tattoo prices vary based on the size, complexity, and placement of the design. 4.2. Payment is due in full at the time of the tattoo appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified. 4.3. Tips for the artists are appreciated but not required.
5.1. All clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to their appointment. 5.2. Clients must inform the artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process. 5.3. The studio uses sterilized equipment and follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
6.1. Proper aftercare is essential for the healing of the tattoo. Clients will be provided with written aftercare instructions. 6.2. KaixChin Tattoos is not responsible for infections or complications arising from improper aftercare.
7.1. Deposits are non-refundable. 7.2. Touch-ups are provided at no additional cost within the first six months, provided proper aftercare has been followed. After this period, touch-ups may incur a fee.
8.1. All tattoo designs created by the artists at KaixChin Tattoos are the intellectual property of the artist and the studio. 8.2. Clients are not permitted to use or reproduce the tattoo design for commercial purposes without written permission.
9.1. KaixChin Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior. 9.2. Clients must respect the privacy and comfort of other clients and staff.
10.1. KaixChin Tattoos is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from the tattoo process or aftercare. 10.2. Clients agree to release the studio and its staff from any claims or damages related to their tattoo.
